Alexis is a seasoned HR professional with over 15 years of experience in a variety of industries including government, financial services, and non-profit sectors. She is passionate about helping leaders resolve complex and often chronic employee issues. Alexis is known for her down to earth, yet professional, and straight-forward approach. Alexis resides in beautiful southern Arizona with her husband, daughter and fur babies Luna, Ozzy, and Waffles.
